The free ContextMeter shows how full a chat is. Pro adds the other thing people run into: running out of messages. It warns you before you get cut off, so you can pace your work or switch tools.

Honest limits
ChatGPT and Claude do not expose your remaining messages to the page, so you enter the cap your plan allows and ContextMeter counts what you send from this browser. Messages from your phone or another computer are not counted. Think of it as an early warning.
